Assalamualaikum n selamat petang.....sorry ye kawan-kawan,Eina x leh nak membebel banyak-banyak hari ni,anak Eina yang paling kecik demam panas pulak,siap muntah-muntah bagai...ni pun curi-curi masa ni...die baru tido tu....
Roti ni Eina try buat semalam...1st project "meroti" dalam hidup..yang macam siput pun ade...yang macam ulat gonggok pun ade...ekekeke...jadilah kan,orang kata asal mencuba..kalau x cuba x tau kan....walau pun rupa x seberapa,tapi sekejap je licin....
Eina skodeng resepi ni dari dapur MamaFami yang memang femes n terkenal dengan "kekereatifan" membuat roti....tapi memang recommended lah roti ni...memang sedap sangat...untuk filling Eina letak sosej n inti kacang merah homemade punya....jomlah kita tengok resepinya...sorry ye Eina kena stop aktiviti blogwalking buat masa ni,anak demam...Mamafami , Eina mintak izin C&P resepinya kat sini ye untuk rujukan pada masa akan datang...mintak halal ye...tapi kan Eina ada ubah sikit-sikit....

SOFT BUTTER BUN

Ingredients :
140 ml water - eina guna air suam
1 egg - eina guna telur saiz A
30g caster sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon bread softener (I added) - eina pun letak jugak
250g high protein flour - eina guna tepung roti
50g superfine flour - eina guna tepung roti
2-1/2 tablespoons milk powder (I used Fernleaf) - eina guna susu Nespray
1-1/2 teaspoon dried instant yeast
30g margarine, at room temperature
enough sausages
enough chocolate filling
red cherries and sesame seeds for decoration
For glazing :
1 egg + 1 tablespoon fresh milk
margarine - for brushing after the buns are out of the oven
Method (using bread maker) - eina uli dgn tangan je.... :

1. Pour water, egg, sugar, salt and bread softener into the bread maker pan. Top it with high protein flour, superfine flour, milk powder and yeast.
2. Set the breadmaker to Dough function.
3. Once the dough is just combined, add in butter and leave the Breadmaker to continue doing it's job. This process will take about 1 1/2 hour including prooving.
4. Divide the dough to 55g each and shape into small balls.
5. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
6. Ready to be shaped. Let rise until almost doubled in volume.
7. Before baking, brush the dough with egg wash.
8. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 C, or until the bread is golden in color.
9. Once out of the oven, brush with a bit of margarine.
10. Let cool. Keep in an airtight container.
Nota:
Eina bancuhkan yis + sedikit gula + air suam dan biarkan selama 10 minit...sebab Eina uli guna tangan....Eina pernah dengar pantang larang yang Yis x boleh bertemu dengan garam sekaligus...nanti yis akan mati...tapi kalau guna breadmaker ok rasanya....semua bahan boleh masuk sekaligus...
Roti yang ni sebenarnya ade ceri kat tengah..tapi telah dicilok oleh si kecik..hihihi
Yang ni x tau la nak dikategorikan sebagai ulat apa...korang decide sendirilah ye..hahaha...betapa kerastangan nye Eina ni kan...
